At Brown Treasure, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- The return must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Original proof of purchase or order number is required.
Return Process:

- Once approved, securely package the item(s) and ship them to the provided address.
- Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
Refund or Exchange:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
