This is the same base that is in Willy's blend; just not hydrated or pasteurized.
You will get 5 full gallons of the dry mix and then you can hydrate and pasteurize it as you go. This is absolutely amazing for the individuals that don’t want to have all the separate products on hand, or that are unsure of what ratios to use. With this blend, you just add water until it’s properly hydrated and then pasteurize properly and let cool.
This is an option that many love to stockpile because it will never go bad as long as it’s kept dry and cool.
